A Chinese football club consider the size and shape of genital young players as one factor rating to make someone as a footballer.
A coach who does not want to be named from Tianjin Locomotive, who played in China's third-tier League Two, said that many factors influence whether young players will be a classy player, including an assessment of football IQ and size of genitals.
"Genital examination is necessary. One was to determine the existence of congenital testicular dysplasia, which will cause hormone levels are not compatible (according) to become a professional sportsman," said the coach, Yangtze Evening Post reported on Thursday (11/11/2010).

Urologist from Drum Tower Hospital, Nanjing, also has the same view. According to him, from the viewpoint of kinetic (motion), soccer is a sport with high intensity. And the athletes who have short and thick penis, and testicles solid will help reduce the risk of injury when competing in the field.
